README: Updates and notes on this program.

Version 1.0 lacks the following features:
	* Allowing user to create a settings file on start up and for file to persist after execution.
	* Allowing user to edit settings file while still running the program from GUI.
	* Smart displayname display on text line edit.
	* Smart CheckBox editing
	* Progress Bars for Key parts of the program.
	* Editing of the way the editUsers GUI tells user updates where commited.
	* Fully test deep freeing algorithm for analyzer's sake.
	* Analyze the data structures in the program and make refactoring recommendations
		based on design patterns and code readability guidelines.
	* Document all code fully with Headers and functionality comments.
	* Create user manual for Program.
