Updates the Mapbox native app quickstart guide to reflect installation and usage using the latest version of the Mapbox app. There were two major changes to the app which require updating this quick start guide:

  1. The previous version of the app involved a manual post-installation setup process. This process now uses the config/setup SDK and is automated via some dialogues in a streamlit app. The installation instructions in the guide now reflect this change.
  2. The previous version of the app created UDFs, whereas the new version creates stored procedures as the main interface/API offered by the app. The guide is now updated to contain information about these interfaces, as well as examples of how to use them

@sfc-gh-obielov @ianshward Pl add "Conclusion And Resources" as the last step. See https://quickstarts.snowflake.com/guide/getting_started_with_snowflake_arctic/index.html#5 for reference.

@iamontheinet @ppatternn I addressed comments in the new PR as I can't contribute to Jan's private repo
