As @HashidaTKS described in #13 (comment) , it should be fetched automatically by GetFileVersion.

デバッグビルドのインストーラを簡単に作れるように、インストーラの定義ファイルを追加するという変更です。
（現状では、通常リリース版のインストーラでインストールした後でデバッグビルドのファイルと差し替えるといった作業が必要なため）
