Some things are not currently templated, and we always forget to update them. Case in point: the POS system, the review emails, some review URLs that were created incorrectly due to a typo in the SReview database, and probably more.
It makes sense to have a single place of truth for things like "what year is it", "what rooms exist", "in which rooms are we recording", etc. This series attempts to do just that.
TODO: update all the places where this information is duplicated. Probably many of them.
