Add GPU support to ffmpeg

I want to use ffmpeg NVENC to decode and then transcode my incoming stream to h264 using nvidia hardware acceleration before it reaches Plex

Modify the image to include ffmpeg nvidia-cuda support

I tried to make my own image and failed because I am stupid

xTeVe uses the ffmpeg that you provide by path. I suggest contact them (ffmpeg)
