Hi.

Your integration is working fine with my ar09txfcawkneu, thank you, but could you please add Quiet mode toggle?

Well that is strange. Have you tried to remove and add the integration again?

You can log into https://account.smartthings.com/login

And see if that specific device has that feature listed in supported ac optional modes.

If it is not listed there, those features cannot be selected. You will have to try and reinclude the device into smartthings if this would help.

I am searching for that menu from your print , can't seam to find it on https://account.smartthings.com/login. In "my devices" I see both AC but i can't find what you ask.

What is your AC type set to ? mine was placeholder. I have changed it to ARTIK Cloud Smart Home Air Conditioner and this started to appear..

I can click on the options but I get no information. Did I choose the correct type ?

Correct type should be ocf air conditioner

ok. I don't know why but indeed my second unit does not show "quiet" in the supportedAcOptionalMode array while my first one does. Of course something is wrong because -> "acOptionalMode: quiet" and I can select it using the smartthings app and home assistant shows quiet.

So... what does one do after all this time.. power off the unit and power on... and I hate when computers makes me seam stupid, all is fine.

Thank you and I am sorry for your time on this.

@adolfotregosa did you recycle the power from the remote or from the breaker (full power cycle), so that the issue got fixed?
