Links broken both directions in SD card synchronized notes

I'm using version 0.7.2 and am synchronizing notes via dropbox from both Windows 7 with Tomboy 1.11.12 and Debian 6.0.6 with Tomboy 1.2.2.
In both cases, when I synchronize a note from my desktop to Tomdroid, the links usually do not work.
When I synchronize a note created in Tomdroid back to Tomboy, the links are broken in that direction as well. If I look at the note created in Tomdroid, the "link:internal /link:internal" tags are missing around the link.

I previously reported this with bug 724641, but after digging a bit more, it seemed like it migh be something else.

I think plaxx once volunteered to fix the internal links issue. If I remember correctly, we are ignoring the link:internal tag at the moment and are parsing the note for the title strings. Maybe we shouldn't do that. No idea... plaxx knows more!
