Have option for having the teleportal network being open from the start

Last time it was attempted, it crashed. The workaround was to visit every area with a teleportal which meant ~3min of loading times.

The workaround is doing that. Unless we can find another workaround to revealing the zones on the map.

This also requires figuring out the disappearing map issue with warp to start. Many a seed has been ruined by that due to not being able to select the area you need to go to.
