Add an option to receive mail on a daily basis

Add an option in the settings : receive on daily basis

When this option is checked user receive one mail per day with the list of cards received during the day

The title of the mail shall be a text define in the mail service config file

Content shall be one line per card :

Date - Severity - Title

Le title shall contain a link to the card on opfab

The hour/minutes for mail sending shall be set by configuration at the instance level

The period for the cards to send is card published between the hour/min set in configuration file and 24 hours before the hour/min set in configuration file
