KMLWriter writes the schema in a schema tag like

<Schema parent="Placemark" name="Placemark">
    <SimpleField type="wstring" name="fdgsdf"/>
    <SimpleField type="wstring" name="fffff"/>
  </Schema>

But the reader does not read this schema and recognize only the "name" attribute which is hard-coded in in the JCSGMLInputTemplate.
