We're currently duplicating note taking in both the google doc and the issue comments, and we often drop one or the other.

What can we do to fix this?

  • Write the notes directly in the issues?
  • Have AI take the minutes for us?
  • Leverage a bot to copy one to the other?

One option we can feed in the recording to AI and have it create minutes from the transcript.

Here is an example using the June 11th CPC meeting:

Meeting notes:

  • For now: take good notes in meeting doc; after meeting: copy notes to issues; commit notes doc to repo

Note - We are waiting for LF to enable Zoom AI for LFX managed meetings. That should happen in August.
