CherryTree is now on version 0.99, and this editing was made for version 0.39 so it won't work for new versions!
This is a very simple editing to the cons.py file to add more icons to the Node Icon List of the Cherry Tree note-taking app.
It's just recolors of the already existing icons.
- 3 circles;
- 3 cherries;
- 8 folders;
- 4 leaves;
- 6 mails;
- 5 stars;
- and 2 terminals;
Since this is just an editing, it requires the full Cherry Tree note-taking app. Or you can download the executable from the official website.
- Back up the cons.py file from the /usr/share/cherrytree/modules/ directory on your system.
- Copy all the files from the glade folder to the /usr/share/cherrytree/glade/ directory on your system.
- Copy the cons.py file from the modules folder to the /usr/share/cherrytree/modules/ directory on your system and confirm the overwriting action.
NOTE: You will need root privilege for this.
