Currently there are a lot of possible trophies available on Lichess such as leaderboard trophies, marathon, shields, champions...
e.g https://lichess.org/@/sutcunuri

I do have some issues with some of them:

Leaderboard

CupCupCupCup

The first time you see one you don't know that it is a leaderboard trophy, you don't know the place the player has on the leaderboard and unless you hover over it you don't know the variant.
As an idea, this could be improved if the trophy featured a podium, some text (1, Top 10, Top 50 or Top 100), and a variant icon (like shields do).

Marathon

I don't mind the globe icon itself that much. People generally associate marathons with someone running, maybe that could be an alternative icon or something based on that.

The main issues I have with them is that they have way too much glow, the color scheme is very poor, are very hard to tell apart.
Looking at sutcunuri's profile, is that a marathon top 10 or winner trophy? Unless a player has both or I hover over it, I can't tell them apart.
The winner, top 10 and top 50 trophies are all gray which makes them very hard to look at specially with that massive glow.
The top 100 is a darker color than the top 500 which makes it look less important.

I suggest reducing that glow and changing the color scheme to make them much easier to tell apart in isolation.

Champions

CupCup

The idea is good, having a big cup with the variant on it and the year on the base, but the number is generally too small to be clearly visible and having that basic 2D drawing looks pretty bad in my opinion specially next to other trophies.
