Safari 17 is not a problem.
All started with Safari 18.0.0 and 18.0.1

Could it be an intel mac thing?

It looks like a service worker thing. Those are supposed to be reinstalled when one clears website data but Jayce you already tried that correct?

I'm on a Macbook M1 Pro, not on an Intel machine, i forgot to mention this.

Yes, i cleared everything several times.
I also tried with Safari Technologie Preview (a fresh install), same problem.

I tried by "Installing" the application in the Dock. Same problem.
If you want me to try something specific let me know

Is that in production?
I try to "copy as curl" the "subscribe" endpoint, and from a Terminal the result is:
List((/endpoint,List(JsonValidationError(List(error.path.missing),ArraySeq()))))%

I don't know if it's helpful
