Persistent Alert Prompt for Unsaved Changes in Route Details

Current behavior

The alert to save or discard changes is presented again, even after the user has chosen to discard the changes.

Expected behavior

After discarding the changes, the user should be able to open the route details without receiving the alert again, as the changes have already been discarded.

Steps to reproduce the issue

Change the route status or sequencing of a route OR perform an action related to archiving/unarchiving the route.
Attempt to open the route details.
An alert appears asking to save or discard changes.
Choose to discard the changes.
Reopen the route details.
