Spellsource Reproducible Issue Template

Reproduction steps:

Play Dream of Adaptation with a 1-cost spell in hand
Dream of Adapt randomly discard a 1-cost spell, and then doesn't change your Skill
Instead, you should be able to choose the spell, and it should change your skill to the discarded spell.
