Expected behavior

When setting all points on the sheet page to be non-editable, only release the editable style permission of the cell. The cell should only be able to edit the style and cannot be dragged.

Actual behavior

The cell editable style can also be dragged and dropped, and the right-click menu can be used to control the movement up and down.
