Default color output for Color devices profile

Describe the bug
When --profile is set to KoLC, the output files are converted to black/white.

To Reproduce
Steps to reproduce the behavior:

1. Go to '...'
2. Click on '....'
3. Scroll down to '....'
4. See error

Expected behavior
The intuitive expected behaviour in this case is to expect the output files to be in color , if the given profile is that of a Color device.

Additional context
I am using the kcc-c2e.py cli for converting files.

In the meantime please use the command line argument that forces color.
