kirl製のプログラムであれば同じディレクトリに置くことで参照できるけど、あらかじめインストールしておいたkirl製ライブラリを適当なところから参照するみたいなこともやりたい
Rust製ライブラリは、wasm(wasi?)製とネイティブ(dllとか)の両方をサポートしたい

将来的にはパッケージマネージャも

あらかじめインストールするライブラリはインストーラーみたいなので1番最初に設定できるようにしたらどうですか？やっぱりライブラリが少ないので増やしますかね？
