gulp deploy should take branch name as argument

As the title says, make it such that the deploy command requires a branch name passed in. That way a user must explicitly define the branch to push to, helping to reduce unintended pushes. More importantly, this allows multiple deploy branches, which can then map to different deploy states, such as dev, testing, staging, and production.
