[BUG] Smartpacer padding issues.

Describe the bug

1. Smartpacer padding is still slightly off. Add Customisable value so user can set as they like.
2. Also fix music cover misalignment with dots.

Steps to reproduce

Steps to reproduce the behavior:
Set higher dpi (460 in my case)
Select Smartpacer > observe misalignment

Expected behavior

Should be perfectly aligned like lawnchair at a glance.

I personally can't reproduce this issue (and don't know how to fix it anyway), so you should ask MrSluffy regarding this instead.
