像 issue #144 这样的情况，是由于依赖 library 更新之后导致的。所以是不是应该让 cibuild 自动周期性 rebuild 所有的包，比如一个月一次或两个月一次，以确保跟 rpmfusion 和系统包的兼容性？
反正窝看 Jenkins 经常 job 状态空闲空闲的说。
