Options to set mouse clicks are missing

In application description, it is explained options to set showing keyboard and mouse clicks. In application I downloaded (latest, 2.3.13.0) there are no settings for mouse. It does not show mouse clicks at all.

Am I downloading from wrong place?

I see on the website there is a "keys" and "Recording" tab in the options. In the current download I do not see these options. Only the "General", "Appearance", and "About" are available. I assume some of the issues I am having are because these options are not displaying.
