I've recently updated CONTRIBUTING.md to include instructions on how to setup everything on local (supabase for the database and a github app for authentication).

I think the instructions are complete and correct but it would help a lot if someone else give it a try on their machine to make sure everything is correct.

Let me know if you're giving it a try and feel free to comment here or raise a PR if something is wrong or missing!
