Add more repositories and enhancements to allow for more repo coverage in searching

"What": What is your idea?

Add more repositories. The ones it’d be good to see as well (in no particular order):

"Why?": Why would this be impactful?

There are various repositories that would be helpful to be included in the search (especially for HEs) to find relevant issues already reported.

"How?" How should this feature work?

Include more repositories to search through by default or just via manual selection (via the Repositories menu).

Big ➕ here. For Woo Happiness this will not work since only a fraction of our repos is present. We have 70+ products and none are in the current list.

We'll see if there's a few broader enhancements we can make to how this repository filtering works that should make it easy to expand repository coverage without adding too much overhead 👍
